Built entirely from public data. The base map is the NIHR research-delivery geography (42 ICBs -> 12 RRDNs -> 7 regions). The current layers are useful signals for discussion; the source-of-truth primary-care activity layer still needs controlled RDN/CPMS/ODP data.
